Shipping

FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous United States. We are happy to do all we can to get your rug to you if you are outside the US too.

We will ship your rug within 48 hours after receiving your order. Once shipped, your order should take 3-5 business days to arrive to you, of course this will depend on how far you are from us. Feel free to contact us if you need expedited shipping, you can pay extra to ensure your rug gets to you in time for that special person’s birthday or other event.

*Holidays may affect this 48 hour turn around.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your rug purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days of your rug arriving to you. For returns and exchanges you will be charged the return shipping cost and a $20 re-stocking fee. The rug must be clean and in the same condition it was received to be eligible for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or store credit minus the $20 USD restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the reason for your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
