A fascinating antique central Persian carpet from the 1900s, featuring ivory field colors in an all-over design. The red used in this carpet is closer to rust/orange. The blues a green accent colors are from high quality vegetal dyes. Nice abrash in the green and blue can be seen. Elegant wide borders and multiple rows of minor guard borders point to how meticulous the producers were when working on this artwork. The carpet is in good condition overall although it has some scattered wear.
